Six departments, run like one crew.
CRM Entertainment exists because too many events are assembled from vendors who've never worked together before load-in day. We keep sound, lighting, staging, LED, structure and backline under one production plan — the same ground plan, the same run sheet, the same point of contact — so the seams that usually cause problems simply aren't there.
Whether it's a single corporate stage or a multi-day festival with a full roof structure, we spec the build against your rider and your site, then stay on call for the whole event window.
The standards behind every build.
Rider first
Every build starts by reading the technical rider line by line — not adapting the rider to whatever's already on the truck.
Engineering-backed
Stage decks, roof structures and rigging points are load-rated and documented, with certification available on request.
Crew on call
The people who built your rig are the same people on site through soundcheck, the show, and the strike.
From first call to load-out.
Brief & site survey
We walk the venue or festival ground plan, checking power, access and load-in routes before anything is quoted.
Technical design
Riders are cross-checked, drawings produced, and every department — audio to backline — is planned against the same plan.
Build & load-in
Structure, stage and rig go up first; sound, lighting, LED and backline follow in sequence, tested before doors.
Show support
Crew stay on site for the full event window, ready for the changes that always happen once the show is live.
Strike & load-out
Full de-rig and load-out, with same-night turnaround where the schedule calls for it.
